SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We pride ourselves in speedy shipping and dispatch , no waiting weeks to months ordering products overseas as is the case when ordering via popular online auction & marketplace sites. In most cases for orders placed before 1pm eastern time we will ship your order out same day , should you place your order after the daily cut off time your order will almost always go out the very next day , although unlikely should there be any issue or delay we will notify you by email or telephone. All of our shipments are dispatched from Atlanta Georgia USA via first class , priority or next day usps shipping and typically arrive in 2-3 days or less for east coast deliveries or 3-5 for west coast deliveries via our cheapest ( and free for orders over $49.99 ) shipping method however all priority orders will arrive within 2-3 days max typically and next day within 24-48hrs max.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

We take your privacy very seriously at Newreplacements. In the current day and age you cannot be too careful concerning privacy and sensitive data , this is why Newreplacements stores no sensitive data , payment info etc. on our servers and are only stored via our bank merchant processor by ssl encryption. Also personal order data and account info is typically purged should you not return or place additional orders with us within a 6 month timespan to further insure privacy and a secured shopping experience. We will also remove your account and or newsletter subscription via service ticket or you may do so yourself should you chose by navigating to your customer account and clicking unsubscribe within your dashboard portal or email account.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

             Should you need to return or exchange your item we offer a refund, exchange or store credit for up to 30 days post delivery. Check our Return Policy for additional info.

    • Please insure your address and shipping info is correct prior to dispatch as we are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or held shipments due to address errors
    • Should your item arrived damaged or incorrect please open a customer service ticket or contact via email and we will resolve the issue asap at no cost
